The 2021 Sleeping Lady Vineyard Cabernet offers an exquisitely aromatic expression of this renowned western Yountville site. The nose shows lovely blue fruit and black cherry notes layered with subtle aromas of cinnamon, cedar, and cool, mineral river rock. A ripe black cherry attack expands into rich mocha, blueberry preserves, and intense morello cherry notes with wonderful sucrosity. Elegant, cedar-infused tannins provide graceful structure and carry the wine into its fragrant finish of blueberry, boysenberry, orange zest and baking spice.
